The Corporation du Bourg de Pabos published, in June 2004, a book summerizing the results of four excavation campaigns held on the park's site by archeologist Pierre Nadon.

The history of the Lefebvre de Bellefeuille family is enriched by the knowledge acquired by these campaigns. The creation of the Seigneurie de Pabos, its economical expansion and its destruction by the British Army are turning point events that put the reader in the unique context of the XVIIIth century, in Nouvelle-France.
